ATTENTION BEGWS WATER CUSTOMERS
WATER LEAK AT INTERSECTION OF EAST WASHINGTON STREET AND GANSEVOORT STREET
We have been made aware of a water leak at the intersection of East Washington Street and Gansevoort Street.
Water may be shutoff impacting customers on East Washington Street, Gansevoort Street, and/or nearby streets. At this time we are unable to provide the time and duration of the shutoff, along with customers impacted.
Please know there will be a high potential for discolored water. We ask that you avoid running hot water and washing whites until ensuring your water is clear. (Running cold water for approximately 5-15 minutes, preferably from an outside spigot or fixture closest to your water meter, is recommended.)
